Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, booking a lesson, or using any service provided by Boss Driving School, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Our Services
Boss Driving School provides professional driving lessons, refresher driving courses, test preparation, and vehicle hire for driving tests. All services comply with Australian driving laws and are delivered by accredited instructors.

Bookings and Payments
Bookings can be made via phone, text, email, or our website. A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation (SMS or email). All fees are payable in advance or at the time of the lesson. We accept cash, card, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods. Prepaid lesson packages must be used within 6–12 months of purchase.

Student Requirements
You must hold a valid learner or provisional license and bring it to each lesson. You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during lessons. You must follow all instructor directions to ensure safety.

Cancellation Policy
At Boss Driving School, we understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness, our cancellation policy is as follows:
• Lesson Cancellations: Must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will incur the full lesson fee. No-shows will also incur the full fee.
• Package Bookings: Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of that lesson without refund. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once the first lesson has commenced.
• Driving Test Bookings: Vehicle hire cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations within 72 hours result in forfeiture without refund.
• Illness or Emergency: In case of genuine illness or emergency, contact us as soon as possible. Fee waivers or rescheduling may be offered at our discretion; supporting documentation may be requested.

• Instructor Cancellations: If we cancel, we will reschedule at your convenience. No fees apply.

Driving Test Vehicle Hire
Vehicle hire for driving tests is subject to availability. If the instructor assesses that you are not test-ready, we may cancel the hire without refund for safety reasons.

Refunds
Prepaid packages and lessons are non-refundable once commenced. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 business days. A small processing fee may apply.

Liability
Boss Driving School is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or penalties resulting from your driving or conduct during or after lessons. You are responsible for any traffic violations or fines. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Website Use
You may not use our website for unlawful purposes or to harm our business. All website content is the protected intellectual property of Boss Driving School.

Changes to Terms
Boss Driving School may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and are effective immediately.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
